Private Function Rental Fees

1. $125 Cleaning Fee
2. $150 Damage Cost Deposit (Refundable)
3. $50 Rental Fee (per hour)
4. Submit Rental Fees within 48 hours in advance

Private Function Process

1. Contact Community Manager and provide a very detailed description of function
2. How many people, how many hours, food, vendors, music, decorations, etc.
3. Community Manager will pass this information onto the Board of Directors for their review and consideration.
4. Prior to the return of the $150 Damage Cost Deposit, the clubhouse will be inspected.
